Cuba Rum Cake Factory Ltd.
Cuba Rum Cake Factory Ltd. (CRCF) is a Bahamian-incorporated company engaged in the manufacture and export of premium rum cakes and confectioneries infused with authentic Cuban and Caribbean rums. Founded by Mr. Jason Dax Rahming, President & CEO, and Dr. Mary Louise Johnson, OD, CRCF operates as both a commercial enterprise and a trade bridge between The Bahamas, the Republic of Cuba, Haiti, and the wider Caribbean. The company forms part of the Grand CuBAHa Initiative, a multi-sectoral development framework uniting Bahamian and Cuban enterprises across agriculture, food and beverage processing, tourism, education, healthcare, logistics, and renewable energy. The Initiative also intends to develop the Grand CuBAHa Township in the southern Bahamas — a flagship sustainable community designed to create an ecosystem of enterprises linking The Bahamas, Cuba, Haiti, and the wider Caribbean through trade, innovation, and cultural exchange. Through strategic partnerships with Cuban entities such as GEOCUBA Grupo Empresarial, CINTRO S.A., CITMA, Empresa Avícola Santiago de Cuba, and Empresa de Piensos, CRCF aims to strengthen regional food security, promote sustainable Bahamian-led investment in Cuba, and foster greater economic integration across the Caribbean region. Guided by principles of innovation, diplomacy, and sustainability, CRCF exemplifies how Bahamian enterprise can lead regional transformation through collaboration and shared prosperity.
